Thanks for reading our monthly Spark Group newsletter! Each month we will share what has been going on behind the scenes to reach our goals, we hope that you find value in tuning in.
Highlights below from over the past month:
Goal till the end of the year: keeping our foot on the gas
Spark Industrial is close to buying one building a month
Keeping a good office environment a priority
Spark Homes performance numbers continue to stay strong (see end of email) 🚀

Action-based leadership
Some days leadership looks like strategy meetings and other days it looks like Sam out on a piece of vacant land with a chainsaw. No calls, no waiting on a vendor — just seeing what needs to get done and knocking it out. That’s the kind of hands-on ownership that keeps this whole thing moving forward.
The goal this month: We are ending 2025 with the same speed and focus we started with, proving that the foundation of a great Q1 is built by refusing to take our foot off the gas in November and December.

Spark Industrial is ramping up
It takes a lot of moving parts to get a building to this point, and our Spark industrial team has really been ramping up. This photo kind of captures that moment of satisfaction — standing in a finished space, knowing how much work went into finding the deal, negotiating it, and getting it remodeled the right way. This building is now up for lease, here is the link if you want to check it out. Click here.
And then once we take it in for a second, we turn around and do it again. Buy big buildings, remodel, lease, repeat.

This month gave us a few team memories for the books
Some days you win by closing deals, and other days you win by laughing with the people you work with. On one of the warmer days this month, the guys stepped outside and started tossing a football around, just a reminder that the best teams are the ones that genuinely like being around each other.
Mason from the acquisition team stepped on a rotted board while doing an attic check on a property walkthrough, which sent his foot through the ceiling. Tough on the sheetrock, great for team morale. We bought the house — and Mason earned himself a story none of us will let him forget anytime soon.
Team momentum
Pictured is our team from one of our morning meetings — the daily reset that keeps everyone aligned and moving in the same direction. The end of the year isn’t always the easiest time to stay locked in, but this team has kept the same pace, the same focus, and the same commitment to getting good homes into the pipeline. We also added another project coordinator to the team, and he jumped right on in without missing a beat.
The Spark Homes numbers say a lot: 17 homes listed, 14 in renovation, and 8 set to close in December. There’s real momentum here, big shout out to the team for putting in the hard wok, and a big shout out to Justin for guiding the rhythm - leading the Spark Homes training and support which helps everyone on that team operate at their best.
